So why is it acceptable for a guy to spend hundreds, even thousands of dollars on playing sports. But when a girl spends hundreds of dollars on hair, clothes and make up she is considered materialistic, fake, superficial. I don’t think people understand that beauty can be a hobby. this is seriously so true! Fashion and upkeep can and does cost a lot. But people ask why I have to buy something every where I go and shit. Because that’s my hobby and my interest and what I like to focus on and do for fun. That’s why.
